Background
Matches are a privately owned chain of ‘high quality/high fashion’ boutiques, based in London. They joined forces with Diane Von Furstenberg to open her first UK store in Notting Hill.
The Challenge
Following the completion of three store refurbishments, including the Max Mara franchise, L&H Solutions were commissioned to provide full project management and cost control services for both the Diane Von Furstenberg store and a new Matches store, also in Notting Hill London
