The Challenge
Over the last 24 months L&H Solutions have been involved in managing the delivery of six new drive-thru restaurants, five site refurbishments and twenty-five Internet station sites. As part of the McDonald's store evolution process, L&H Solutions were commissioned to manage and co-ordinate the refurbishment of four prestigious ‘Flagship’ restaurants in central London – Regent Street, The Strand and two in Oxford Street.
The Solution
L&H Solutions applied a unique design concept to each of the four locations and introduced a 'cafè-style' environment into the Regent Street branch. New fixtures, furniture, lighting and wall treatments completely transformed these restaurants into vibrant, contemporary meeting spaces. The restaurants traded throughout the refurbishment works (except for a single day required to remove and install a complete new staircase at 244 Oxford Street). The prestigious projects were completed on time and to budget.
L&H Solutions have since been involved in the design and management of a revamped drive-thru concept.
